Every successful technology project begins long before the first cable is installed. The NCS Engineering Process™ is how we take a business from blueprints, planning, and construction through opening day and long-term support.
1. Consult
We start by meeting with the client at our office or on-site. We review blueprints, understand how the business will operate, and begin identifying server room, LAN, wireless, software, and video security requirements.
2. Design
We plan the overall infrastructure: server/LAN room layout, network wiring, wireless coverage, software needs, video security locations, remote access, and future expansion.
3. Engineer
We turn the design into a buildable solution. That includes equipment specifications, network architecture, construction coordination, multiple site surveys, rack planning, and adjustments to electrical drawings when required.
4. Build
Whenever possible, equipment is prepared and configured in the NCS shop before it goes on-site. Then systems are installed, tested, commissioned, and prepared for opening day.
5. Support
After the business opens, NCS remains available as a long-term technology partner for troubleshooting, upgrades, maintenance, consulting, and future expansion.
